Almost certainly this --- Suillus granulatus. Young specimens ooze milk-like drops from pores hence the common name. With Suillus species tiny orange granular specks occur at the top of the stipe -- these represent the proper ring seen with some boletus species. Common with conifer so good to have a habitat picture --- mycorrhizal with tree some distance from these fungi.
